How do i treat my chickens Bumble foot?!

How do i treat this bumble foot? My vet doesn't do poultry

I had the problem, need to separate from other hens. Need to soak in Epsomsalt clean well, then you have lance it and squeeze the puss out, it is disgusting and had to do it a few times to get all the puss out even a harden price come out. Then need to put peroxide on it and then wrap with gauze and tape up. Takes about 3 weeks to heal. Keep separated since it is contagious to other birds wear latex glove. Good luck. After doing all the I had the hen for about 6 months until it got killed by something!
