how do u tell the gender of a baby duck?

so my feed store is going to be getting ducks very soon. is there a way like the chick way of picking them up by the scruff of the neck or anything like that?
i just want a few girls for some eggs..

Please don't pick them up by the scruff of the neck. (I have never heard of that method of sexing)
There is no sure way of sexing ducklings besides vent sexing. But vent sexing is tricky and only should be done by experts as you can easily kill a duckling by attempting it.
