How do y’all keep your turkey yard clean?

I have 2 BB turkeys and 2 Nigerian dwarf goats in a 60x50 yard. Most of the yard stays shaded and I have dirt & oak leaves and brought in cedar mulch to help w mud and make a soft surface. I usually hose down the poop at least twice a day into the mulch. Is this sufficient cleaning? I thought spraying them down would also help keep them cool in 100+ weather, but it may be affecting my Toms feet by staying wet. They do have a box fan, but have to sit right in front to feel it.

We keep a large yard and occasionally add organic matter like leaves or grass clippings, and hay, and we also add gravel and dirt at times. We don't clean their run, just the shed daily.
