How do you clip wings??

I have 12 Red Sexlinks and they came to me from a farm that had clipped their wings. I am wondering if this is something that I will have to continue or is it permanant?? I am also getting three from someone else and they are not clipped. I would like to clip their wings so they are all the same and cant go over my fencing. How do I go about this or do I have to have someone do it for me??

You'll have to do it after every molt.
