How do you get a permit to keep chickens in Jupiter Fl?

Hey, I went on the "Local Chicken Laws & Ordinances" page and looked up the laws for Jupiter Florida, but it said that I needed a permit to have them. The problem is, I have no Idea where or how to get one! Where do I apply and what do I have to do? What is it even called!? D: Please Help!
