I’m in MA. this is my first winter. I go down to collect eggs 2-3 times a day. And to interact with my 13 babies. I’m still getting 7-11 eggs a day. It’s going to be in the negative this week. How do I know if uncracked cold egg is still good

Not sure what you mean. Being cold won’t make the eggs go bad, so long as they don’t freeze enough to split open they should be fine. Even if they do split open you can still eat them if they are clean, have to do it sooner rather than later. I ate 2 cracked frozen eggs last night, thawed and then cooked of course. Half the time the eggs split open from freezing the inner membrane is still intact so they aren’t oozing fluid or anything. If they are oozing and/or dirty I usually feed them back to the birds, a few lost eggs isn’t going to hurt me any. Unless it’s a duck egg, then I’d be a little sad tossing it.
