My beautiful silkie had wry neck and I hand fed her/him from being a week old now 16 weeks old and doing great but I wanting to put him/her back in with my others same age but 2 hens and 1 cockerel I obviously don't want to risk this little one being hurt if it's a cockerel I don't think I'm going to even attempt it but how can I sex him/her or anyone got any thoughts as to wether its a boy or girl

to answer the title question: with much frustration, patience (or lack of) and trial and error.
Silkies are really difficult to determine sex simply because they're so fuz makes it difficult. They don't present the way normally feathered chickens do, and I can honestly say that I've only put a thought out there when I'm certain.

Your's... I think is a pullet. But I will leave it to the experts.

I keep looking and changing my mind acts like a girl but I really can't decide hoping pullet then be easier to put with y others.

Thats what I thought but wattles are reasonably big

After seeing the photo of the comb I'm sticking with pullet!

Has a round 'hunched' body shape, short stance, no streamers (although females can get them too) and no comb growth.

I wouldn't worry about the wattles. Some females can get them depending on how they were bred :)
