Try to find someone who knows how to teach you...otherwise (and maybe even then) it's hopeless. Sorry...
You should be able to tell by about 3 weeks though...the females will get their longer wing feathers and tail feathers faster & males will start showing a bigger comb...not 100%, but it's something!
Search YouTube for a video from Mike Rowe's Dirty Jobs. They went to McMurray Hatchery, and did a thing about vent sexing. Maybe with a little practice, and watching that a few times you could learn to vent sex.

I thought that was for looking at if the wing feathers when they're born, not when they're older?
