How do you stop 5wk old pheasants from eating each others noses

Hi you all
I have 20 baby pheasants Yellows, lady Amherst, Ringnecks that I have kept together since they were hatched and the other morning I went out and I noticed on 1 Yellow, 1 Amherst that there noses were bleeding so I took them out for the day and allseemd to be fine and then this morning there were 3 other birds that now are have the same problem?
How do I stop or prevent this?
Do I have to seperate each breed and if not how long can I keep them together?
I do take them outside everyday so they can play in the sun and get used to being outside but at night I have a large kennel I built for them with the heat lights and to keep them safe. If anyone can help please don't hesitate.

You need to separate the ringnecks from the ornamentals. Ringnecks are known for being rough. if you cant separate them then you should look into getting peepers for them to keep them from pecking each other and give them more space. I separate mine from day one and all my ringnecks get peepers put on them so they dont beat up on each other.

Do you now where I would get them and do they come in different sizes. I also just went out there to check on them and I found 1 of my Yellows dead that they were pecking on the behind hine is this normal or do you think I have another problem?

You can order the peepers from cutler supply and they come in different sizes. as far as the them pecking at the golden chick that is the same problem. the ringnecks just need alot of space to prevent cannibalism in pheasants. i raise 20 pheasants in 10 x 20 pens with the peepers on them. i would definitely seperate them though.

Amherst are just as bad as the ringnecks.Try putting them in a huge cage where they can get away from each other.I would also seperate them by breed and then you can see who the culprit is.

Seperate them all, put Neosporin on the cuts (make sure not to get in the nostrils)
