How do you tell partridge rock chicks are roosters at three weeks of age?

The title of this thread implies what I am asking. I have a partridge rock chick who seems to try to stand on her tip-toes. My chicks are 3wks and 6 days old. I NEED TO KNOW!!! We live in a area with lots of nieghbors, and they do not want a rooster as a nextdoor chicken...
 
Welcome!

It's probably too early to tell with much certainty. In a few weeks you may be able to see a difference in combs, if it is a he. But I'm no expert at this, for sure.

Best thing to do is post a pic in the "what breed or gender is this?" forum, here, and get the opinions of experts:
