How do you tell them apart?

We have khaki campbells and at about 1 week old they all pretty much look alike except for size relative to the others - is there a way to mark them or a trick to distinguishing who is who or do you just wait til they're older and stick with calling them all "that one" for now?

You can always use leg bands.

I put colored zip ties on mine to tell them apart. With growing ducklings you need to monitor them and remove them before they get tight. I don't name my ducks or chickens. Except for band color for those that have them. I have several Blues, Greens, Pinks and Oranges.

I get colored zip ties at Dollar Tree. They are not that sturdy and have come off of some of my birds so if you NEED to tell them apart, you can get ID bands on ebay or from a lot of hatcheries.
