Crazy chicken lady
I’ve only ever used home canned diced tomatoes for myself. A little more labor intensive, but more utility IMO. My mom recently gave me 30 quarts of plain tomato juice. I’ve never cooked with it before and am struggling to find recipes online which use it.
So let me hear how the BYC community uses their juice!
I’d be particularly interested in whether or not it can be used as tomato soup or in chili recipes.
