Welcome to BYC!!!

If you go to the Index and then go to "Managing your flock", go to the "search" area in the upper right corner and type in "clipping wings". It will lead you to MANY previous discussions on clipping wings. I think that you would do this with chickens that have feathers, not chicks!!!
