Hola! This is my first post. We currently have four chicks--three are six weeks old and the fourth is almost four weeks. Two of them seem much more feathered out than the others (the americuna and the buff orpington) but two doesn't really seem like a large number to warm a henhouse at night. For now we are putting them in the coop during the day and bringing them inside to roost at night. It's been rainy and cool but it's been over freezing at night for several weeks and the 17th was supposed to be our date of last frost.
Cheers,
Ambeaux
