How early in the spring can you get shipped eggs to the northern states.
We are consitering not wintering any quails. Finding a dependable provider and starting over each year.
At this point it is just a conversation, but with the price of feed, electricity and our cold winters it is an Idea.
We were thinking we would get 50 eggs , hatch them, raise them up to lay eggs , divide into breeding groups and use 2 incubator to multiply them using continous hatches. In The fall everything would go in the freezer.
Would there be a down fall to this Idea?
