How Far Along Is This Egg?

Can anyone tell about how far this egg is in the development process?

Sorry for the bad pics, was in a hurry and couldn't find the flashlight :/ Had to use a headlamp light and set the egg on my hand to get a decent look

Cool! I was thinking that it would hatch about Friday or so, so that sounds about right She had stolen a couple more eggs from another broody's nest, so I was wondering. Thank you!!

I'm not sure your light is bright enough. It looked like the dark area was all bird, but I can't tell upon a second look. You should be able to see the feet and beak moving if it is around two weeks. More than that and no matter how bright the light it will just look black inside, but you'll notice heartbeat and moving.

Yeah my light was difficult to work with, so that makes it hard. I did see movement though and from the pic you posted it looked more like the Day 19 one. I saw an egg candler on Amazon, kind of a handy thing to have on hand

It really is amazing though how when you are using the right light, how much you can actually see in there! Very cool!
