How feathered is fully feathered?

I have nine chicks that hatched out exactly 2 weeks ago but some of them already super feathered (The look to be in week four of feathering but there only in week two) and my garage is starting to STINK

Anyway, I'm thinking about giving the most feathered three, one more week before I start putting them in the outdoor brooder during the day (I live in South Florida and right now the day times are averaging out at 79°f) and bringing them in at night for the remainder of the brooding period.

What do you guys think? Outside soon or wait the full 6 weeks?

Hi fellow Floridian!
I'm adamant about chicks being fully feathered (yours pictured are not), but there's a big exception... Florida summer. They will be just fine in the coop, as long as it's secure from predators. I vote "stick 'em out" asap. But don't separate them, that can make for integration issues which are easier to avoid whenever possible. As a bonus they will feather in faster in slightly cooler temps.
