How high must a fence be for some polish bantams?

Most bantams fly very well. I always have some kind of a top over their pens. Mine are mostly to keep things out instead of keeping the birds in. We have a lot of coons, hawks and owls around here and I get very upset when I lose a bird to one of them! If you don't have a problem with any of these you could do without the top and just clip their wings so that they could not fly out. A chicken cannot jump very well but, cats and some dogs and coons can !!!! I'd go at least 4 feet high if their wings were clipped.
