How high should i hang my heat lamp?

I will be receiving 21 White Leghorn Chicks April 10th. My question is, how high should i hang my heat lamp? I have a 250 Watt bulb in it!
All answers are appreciated!

As low or high as it takes to make your chicks comfortable :) It will depend on the brooder, position, etc. If they crowd under it its to high, if they run away from it its to low.
