I just bought some of the Little Giant Plastic nesting boxes. How high should I mount them in the coop from the floor? I just built the coop so I can put them anywhere.

Lower than the roosts. If you're doing deep litter, higher than what you expect the highest level before cleaning to be. You might wan't to consider that even if you won't do deep litter to begin with. My nests are on floor level, and work fine, so they don't need to be that high. More a question of preference for you, how much you wan't to squat when collecting the eggs and so forth. Also, you might wan't some nests a bit lower in case you're thinking of hatching with a broody at some point.

How far do you want to bend over to collect your eggs? I mounted my boxes level with my belly.
