How likley is it that foot color will change?

I ordered 10 Khaki Campbells from Holdereads. I was noticing some of them have black feet. The standard of perfection says they should have brown. I payed extra so they would be out of his special exhibition matings.
If they do not change I am going to be rather disappointed at that price and from such a renowned breeder. They are only about 1 month old so is it still possible that their feet will change to the correct color?

The Drake (Male) Feet and Legs should be Rich Dark Orange.
