How long before hatching?

In the process of expanding a new breed, how long should I let first time hens lay before hatching their eggs?

Glad you asked, cuz I was wondering the same thing. Hope someone answers you, so I can find out too.

The first eggs are sometimes tiny. After them there good to hatching.
