Well, the title was my question. I was wondering if I can still incubate some eggs I have. They have been in the fridge for quite a long time now... Thanks for answering!

Refrigeration isn't optimal storage so I'd say after 10 days viability will drop dramatically. I haven't had refrigerated eggs hatch but I know they do, so mine may not have hatched for another reason. (anecdotal) I bought some fertile eggs from Whole Foods Market that were packaged 2 weeks earlier and none developed.

There is a thread on here which is basically a club that hatches Trader Joe's eggs. They've been refrigerated a while.

ETA

I wouldn't expect an egg held for 3 weeks under optimal conditions to hatch.
