How long can I store?

I'm collecting eggs from my one laying Silkie, she lays one a day and skips the odd day. How long can I collect and store (I'm storing in my fridge) so I can hatch the chicks in an incubator? Many thanks

I'll hold mine up to 2 weeks, turning them a couple times a day. I keep them in the basement where it stays cool. After 7-10 days I guess the hatchabilty rate goes down. I've never had a problem.
