How long can it last?

Ok last month we ran out of feed for three or four days so i was wondering when we buy feed if we was to get an extra bag for days like that that we run out how long would it last without it going bad or does it go bad?

It shouldn't go bad unless wet, but after 4-5 months the nutritional content will significantly decrease.
