How long can she be off the nest when broody.

I was wondering how long can my female (Cocoa) be off of her nest. She sits all morning and day long then around 5-6 pm she will get off of the nest and forage around, eat, drink, take a swim then return back in 1-3 hours. At night she sits on the nest again. I think she gets off of the nest again around early morning like 4-5 am when we wake up. Then back on once the sun comes up.

Does she just know when it is ok for her to be off is this ok for the eggs?

It is about 80-85 during the day and maybe around 60-65 at night right now.
