How long can they go?

I have 6 chicks that are about 2 weeks old and I just ran out of feed. Will they be ok if I cant get feed untill tomarrow ? Or is there somthing I can give them to hold them over untill I can get feed in the morning? Thanks

You probably shouldn't just leave them without any food at all, maybe you could give them some fruits/vegetables/ground corn to snack on until you get to food.

I think either would work, it's just something to tide them over until you get reall food anyway.

I don't mean to be contradictory but I disagree, unless they are free ranging all day so that they can find food for themselves, growing chicks need food.

You can also scramble them some eggs. They will love it.

I will get some corn mill and a little oat mill in there for them untill I can get some in the morning. They have pleny of water and I can have there food early so should not be a big deal. I hope.
