how long clang eggs stay in coop?

I am wanting to put my first batch of eggs in my incubator. My question is how long can they be left in the coop before putting them in incubator or do they need to be collected daily and stored in the house?

I would and do collect the eggs from the nest box and store them in egg cartons pointy end down for up to a week before setting them in the incubator. Giving them a turn in the egg cartons while storing the also helps to keep things moving in the egg while being stored.
