how long do baby chicks need to be under lights?

I just got my first set of 3 brown chicks today they are just two days old I was wondering how long they need to be under the lights before I can move them outside to their coop any help is totally appreciated at this time

I keep them under the light until they are pretty much fully feathered, or 3-4 weeks old. Have fun with your new chicky babies!
