how long do eggs last

i have a few chickens in the yard and there getting old so i though i would try again (last time only 1 hatched) to incubate some of there eggs. well im only getting about 1 egg a day. so its taking a while to get enough to incubate.

i have a mini fridge just for fertile eggs at about 55 degrees.

this is my question how long will the be good in the fridge???? i have 3 so far the oldest is 3 days old. i turn them in fridge couple times a day

I'd collect them for about 10 days and then incubate,
