how long do i let my eggs settle

i got some eggs today in the mail i slowly brought them up to temp today but havent touched them how long should i wait before i start turning them?

I have let eggs sit for 24 hours and I have also put eggs straight into the incubator with the turner on


my hatch rates DID NOT increase by letting them sit
