How long do you safely keep eggs?

Hello! I am a new member in Middle Tennessee. My grandson & I have 28 chickens that we raised from chicks that are now starting to lay. We gather eggs twice daily, morning & evening, & are currently getting 8-10 eggs daily. The point of our operation was to teach some responsibility & hopefully a little business sense. So far I am really proud of my grandson!

How long can we safely keep eggs to sell?

We are interested in how others handle their eggs from gathering to distribution.
