How long do you wait before you put pullet eggs in incubator?

My Basque chickens have just started to lay eggs Got my 1st one today.

We want to incubate their eggs but I do not know how long to wait before we gather their eggs to put in the incubator?

Can someone please tell me the rule of thumb re pullet eggs to put in incubator? Do we wait a month 2 months or ?
I know the eggs have to be bigger than they are now with first eggs but am not sure how big or how long to wait.

I give it a 2-3 weeks just to give fertility a shot. Sometimes the roosters aren't up to doing their job properly that early, but pullet eggs seem to hatch better for me then Jumbos.
