How long does a hen stay fertile / How long to make Fertile eggs

I have a tiny black bantam hen who was setting a nest of eggs when I sold all my other bantams the first week in May. She brought off that nest and then laid another nest of eggs about 2 months later. I took those eggs and threw them away because I assumed they would not be fertile and put some RIR eggs under her. She sat those eggs for a couple weeks then got completely off the nest. Sooo, then she started laying again and began to set on a clutch of 10 eggs about two weeks ago. (It has now been 4 months since the other chickens have been gone) I saw her off the nest yesterday and took that moment to collect those "rotten" (I thought) eggs. I cracked one to make sure and there was a chick in there. Black like her and about a week from hatching. I then candled the rest of the eggs and found one of the 10 to be empty. I am totaly amazed at this little hen!

If you have any full size roosters and she can be with them, that is the likely reason her eggs are still fertile.

so after my hen mates. take the next four days eggs and store them around 70-80 deg. Then on the fifth day when she lays an egg put the other four back in the nest so she can brood them and hatch at the same time.

Is this the basic concept???

What do you get when you cross a pure black Ameraucana Roo over a blue olive egger hen, (with pure Marans and ameraucana parents)?🤔

A yellow Easter Egger?! 😟😲

⁉⁉⁉ HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! ⁉⁉⁉

We put Tony over Grace for the last 6 months (and he has mated her), and this chick has yellow down, yellow legs, and no feet feathers. 🐣😮

The ONLY OTHER ROOSTER she had mated with was a huge white Easter Egger named Clyde...🐓

That was 6 MONTHS AGO!
These are the first eggs she has laid in over 7 months. 🐔

❔❔❔OUR QUESTIONS❔❔❔

1. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE SHE IS STILL FERTILE FROM CLYDE?

2. HOW MANY EGGS UNTIL SHE LAYS OLIVE EGGERS FROM TONY?

3. WHERE CAN WE FIND MORE INFORMATION ON THIS SUBJECT OF THE HOWS AND WHYS?

⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉⁉

We are truly shocked and amazed!
Any help would be appreciated!

This question may of already been answered but I cannot find the answer.
I have 3 leghorn hens who have been running with a clb cockeral and laying regularly.

I have now taken away the clb cockeral and introduced a leghorn cockeral,
The question is, how long should I wait to be certain that when I incubate the leghorn eggs they will be pure leghorns...? And not leghorn x clb

Thanks
Ash

3 weeks and the chicks should be pure leghorns; although, there are instances of hens retaining sperm longer than that.
