How long does a hen stay fertile?

After being bred a few times by a roo, how long does a hen stay fertile where eggs can be hatched?

I know you dont have to keep a rooster on hens continuously...

It just really depends I think it’s between a week to two weeks though

Really hard to say for sure.
But if you lost a male and want to hatch, the sooner the better.
If you want a 'pure' mating..keep hens with no males for 3-4 weeks,
then let the chosen male at her.
