How long does a thread take to be reviewed before it is accepted?

How long will it take for this thread to be public?

My threads are never reviewed I don't think, and they weren't even in the start. However, I have heard others mention that they notice reviews as well, so its kind of confusing.

I imagine there is no review unless complaints come in to the moderators or staff. It can take awhile to get any thread "going." By that I mean people noticing it or word of mouth. If you put your thread title in your siggy line - every time you post ,someone will be made aware of your thread. You can also tell your friends about your thread and ask them to check it out. That way you may start getting your first subscribers. Good luck to you.

BTW- as an example, I have a link to my movie thread in the siggy area. If you check it out, you will see it is slow going at first, then hopefully you get some regulars and it expands from there. You also need subject matter that offers new sources of info so it can continue into the foreseeable future.
