So, I just gave a really loud annoying rooster to my in-laws because they live farther out in the country than I do. I have two broody hens but I don’t want to possibly perpetuate his personality. How long should I wait before I give these two chickens any eggs to hatch? How long will his sperm last?

Eggs should remain fertile for 2 to 3 weeks after mating; but the fertility does drop after the 2 week mark. I say the sooner the better.
If the roster was aggressive, I wouldn’t hatch the eggs. Those traits are passed down - but if he’s just loud, that’s completely normal. Roosters crow constantly to establish dominance over their area and their hens.

3 weeks. I usually wait a month just to be safe.

You will need to wait at least three weeks.

I killed a cockerel last year and the pullets that were with him laid fertile eggs for a month.
Your broody hens can’t be allowed to be broody that long and then incubate eggs on top of that!
But can I say this—-a couple years ago I re-homed an aggressive rooster, and then hatched out his son who is the most polite gentleman, you couldn’t ask for a nicer rooster. This good rooster was hen raised. His aggressive father was raised by me.
