How long does it take for a wormer to work?

I had one hen that was acting sick, wouldn't eat and had mustard diarrhea.

Not knowing what else to do, I wormed my chickens on Thursday. It is now Saturday.

Yesterday, she made a mustard puddle poop in the nesting box (where she sat most of the day). I think she felt better because she sunned herself and ate and drank a bit with the others.

This morning, she was on top of the nesting box, and her feathers were covered with can best be described as "mustard with lumpy god awfulness" stuck on her bottom. The worms that came out were 1 centimeter long, pointed on both ends and fat like an earthworm. (Sorry, no picture.)

How long will it take for her to be back to normal?

If you could post a picture of the droppings and the worms it would help.
I'm going to throw out a couple of quick ideas for you to check out.
Yellow, yolkish droppings can be from egg yolk peritonitis, and the worms sound from your description more like maggots. If they are maggots then you need to check your bird over very well for flystrike. Flystrike often happens around dirty vents where droppings are built up, and if that's the case she needs treatment asap. If you are dealing with EYP, you will need to treat that with antibiotics.
Here is one article on EYP: https://www.beautyofbirds.com/eggyolkperitonitis.html
Here is one on flystrike: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2014/07/flystrike-in-backyard-chickens-causes.html
You can google for more.

Ok. So. I'm a dum dum. The "worms" are raisins on the end of their journey.

But, here is a picture of the bright yellow goop (with raisin worms)

A few minutes after the yellow poop, as I was making her take 125 my of omixillian, she pooped a tiny brown poop. Thieves is the first brown poop she's had in a few days so I'm taking this as a good sign. She also struggled a bit more against me feeding her, so I take that as another good sign.

Well, glad it's not maggots, one less thing to deal with! I'm going to guess you are using Amoxicillin, and I'm no expert on dosing but I do know it needs to be given twice a day.
I've used 125 mg twice a day before, try to space as close to 12 hours apart as you can. There is another post on here somewhere with the dosing information by weight, which I can't find right now, but will look for it and post if I find it, or maybe someone else will have it faster. Hope she gets better.
