HELP!!!! I have never had mites before and I am freaking out a bit!!!

Yesterday, I did a deep clean and sprayed birds (by their vent and on their neck) and coop with Elector PSP (as directed on bottle). Today, I went into the coop and I found mites on myself and on my feeders! Does this mean the treatment did not work or does it take a few days for them all to die off.

I haven't used spinosad, but mites will continue to hatch, and if the spinosad works as I believe it does, once the new mites hatch the exposure to the residual product should kill them. I don't know the treatment protocol for spinosad, I know with other products you have to repeat in 7-10 days, but it seems like one of the advantages of spinosad is that there isn't a repeat, is that correct?

It says repeat after 14 days if necessary but most say it's a one and done.
