How long does it take to get a ferilize egg?

when i go out to give my flock there treats to them my roos jumping n hens. it seem they jump on them and then jump off them right away. so i count to 3 sec n the roo is back on ground. so long does it takes? the roo ages is 8 months n7 month old,

about 2 to 3 seconds with my roo, then he's off foraging again!
