How Long Does my Hen Have Left?

About a week ago, the leg of one of my chickens met its demise. A possum peeled back part of the wiring on our coop just enough to snatch a leg. We trappped and killed the possum, but here’s my question. How long do you think this chicken will have left? It seems to be surviving well with one leg, and it’s not infected or anything.

Maybe you could rig up some kind of crutch if it’s possible? Just to help her balance? Despite what’s happened she looks quite happy. As long as she’s happy I’d say she’s gonna make it.
