How long should I keep chicks in incubator after hatching?

I have a full incubator and know that it may take a couple days for the healthy eggs to hatch, my question is if they take more than a day to hatch should I take the day old chicks out of the incubator and set them in the brooder to give the others a better chance at hatching without being stomped on from the day old chicks???

As long as there's no pipped eggs, you can take any fluffy chicks out.
If you open the incubator with pipped eggs inside, you run the risk of shrink wrapping them.
