How long should i keep it in the incubator?

My turkey hatched out of its egg around an hour ago

. It is peeping loud and is standing up and walking around in the incubator. How long should i keep it in there?? I know it can survive in there for 2-3 days without food or water.

If there is more to hatch, wait the 2-3 days, if he is the only one, after dries out.
