How long should I leave the incubator on after 21 days

I already have 4 chicks from before 21 days. How long should I leave the incubator on after the 21 day hit. I candled the eggs to check and I think there might be another one but maybe it died in later stages. I just want to know how long after 21 days is it possible for chicks to hatch. I’m leaving for holiday in 2 days and it would be a shame if one of them had a chance of living but died in the incubator. (Also if anyone knows how to fix pasty but with a chick who’s membrane glued/ matted its fluff please let me know.)

I do it until 28-31 because chicks can hatch on day 26 don't throw them out until day 28 at least

I have my temperature set to where they start hatching a day early, so they a almost always done hatching on the hatch date.

I've never had to good luck with late chicks, they're almost always to weak to amount to anything. And leaving an Incubator on for a while after the hatch will greatly increase the undesirable smell, and it can get really ripe.

But with that said, somtimes things actually go right, and you get several extra
