How long should i wait before removing eggs?

So of the 8 eggs that made it to day 21. 1 hatched day 22, 2 hatched day 23, and as far as I can tell no others have piped through. They were all placed in at same time however sat on my counter for a week or so. The temp is at 99 and humidity is at 70. I plan on waiting a few more days, thoughts?

I have had chicks hatch on day 25. They may be quitters.

I wait until day 25 then toss the duds.
