How long should I wait until I put them in?

Going to get my eggs soon. Had them shipped in this morning, super fresh. They'll be refrigerated for a few minutes till' I get there. How long should I wait until I put them in the incubator?

At least 12 hours, put them in an egg carton, small end down. refrigeration is not needed, and could effect hatch rate if they get too cold.
