I know this question has been asked before, but can't find the thread. I'm wondering how long it takes before a broody hen starts to lay eggs again. I have a hen that was broody,set her with eggs on 28th days discovered that the eggs were rotten, no hatches at all...so I removed them. It has been since May 30th...I have seen my roo breed with her and he has also shown her the nesting boxes,and she has gone in them, but no egg.
