how long will it take till my rhode island red pullets start to lay i am really looking forward to getting some eggs this spring

I think the average is 20-25 weeks. Some start a little bit sooner and some start a little bit later.
 
thank you guys for help what is the average fertility for the eggs should i try to hatch to first eggs they lay or wait a little while
if so how many eggs should i pass in hatching
