How long to dry???

This chick hatched at 10:16pm and it is still wet not standing,but is peeping. HELP!!??

Is it still in the bator? It can take a good while for them to dry. I had one that rolled & waddled around for at least 12 hours or so, couldn't stand but only for a second or two. Now its on day 5 and doing great. Hopefully yours is just slow too, and will be ok.
