How long to keep new chickies inside

We will be getting our new babies in March and I was wondering how long does everyone keep them inside before introducing them to the flock. Thanks for any suggestions.

They go outside at 5-8 weeks,or when fully feathered. I wouldn't introduce to the flock until they have reached a hardy size and can stand there ground when the birds meet.
